In this report, we describe a case of pathology proven LDD. The clinical presentation, radiological features and histopathologic findings are described, and the relevant literature is reviewed. Axial T2-weighted MR image; On T2-weighted images, the mass was predominantly hyper intense and had iso-hyperintense striations with respect to gray matter.
