Abstract: A female patient aged 72 years presented with repeated convulsions. A CECT of the brain revealed a homogeneous hyperdense round mass of size 34 × 36 mm in the midline frontal region with perilesional edema. Case Study A female patient aged 72 years presenting with repeated convulsions for the last 15 days reported to the Glocal hospital, Krishnanagore, India, in March 2016. Besides routine investigations, a CECT of the brain revealed a homogeneous hyperdense round mass of size 34 × 36 mm in the midline frontal region with perilesional edema. It was diagnosed as Planum Spheroidale Meningioma (Image 1). This type of tumour, though not uncommon, but is relatively unusual.
