Rheumatoid arthritis of the feet affecting the 5th metatarsophalangeal joints both sides in a symmetrical a pattern which is an interesting image that I would like to submit. The case is a 55 years old male with arthritis affecting both feet with positive rheumatoid factor the duration of the illness is 31/2 years, attached is the P-A plain radiographic film showing active erosions and cystic lesions affecting the head of the 5th metatarsal bone bilaterally and the corresponding phalanges in a symmetrical pattern. I wish it would be of value to the coming journal issue.
