A collection of ‘heart’ shaped normal and abnormal findings encountered while reporting a MR image depicting a heart shaped brain abscess with surrounding edema (Figure 1A). Computed Tomography of the chest in lung window shows a mycetoma within a cavity in left upper lobe (Figure 1B). Contrast enhanced CT image of abdomen shows a heart shaped liver abscess (Figure 1C). Axial CT image of the pelvis shows a heart shaped urinary bladder and dilated ureters (Figure 1D). Axial CT image of the pelvis with normal small bowel loops in a heart like arrangement (Figure 1E). A Sagittal CT image of the arm depicting an intramuscular lipoma shaped like a heart has been reported (Figure 1F). A Sagittal T1 and STIR images of the knee joint in a case of tubercular arthritis with a heart shaped popliteal lymph node a (Figure 1G) and a Sagittal STIR image of the forearm depicting a vascular malformation with a heart shaped dilated vascular channel within it (Figure 1H)
